Being made from cast iron makes this Stellar 27cm x 27cm Grill Pan suitable for all hob types including induction. You can even use it on the barbecue and it is oven safe up to 210°C.

Cast Iron provides very high heat retention and great distribution for great grilling results whilst the sharp edged ridges sear into the food creating the characteristic char lines and imparting extra flavour. This cast iron grill pan also features a helper handle and scalloped pouring lips for easy draining.
