The Scanpan Classic Induction 28cm frying pan features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the frying pan means there are no hotspots ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 28cm frying pan only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The frying pan is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C.
