Thanks to its smart design with straight edges, the GreenPan Craft Oval Fish Pan provides 25% extra cooking surface and the Thermolon™ Infinity Professional ceramic non-stick coating, prevents food from sticking to the pan. This is particularly useful if trying to practise a healthier cooking method, by using less oil or butter. Finished with silhouette rivets that create a seamless and easy to clean interior.
