Barbary & Oak 28cm Shallow Casserole Red

The Barbary & Oak 28cm red shallow casserole dish is made from heat retaining cast iron which is robust and durable and built to last.

The heat-retaining cast iron helps to keep the contents warmer for longer with help of the domed lid to retain the moisture and flavour when cooking. The enamel interior prevents food from sticking and burning on the base and helps when hand washing the casserole dish for easy cleaning.

Suitable for all hob types including induction, the 28cm red shallow casserole dish can also be used under the grill or in the oven up to temperatures 260°C. The integrated side handles on the casserole dish help when moving from cooking and serving to the table.

The lid of the casserole dish features a bronze colour knob with the Barbary & Oak tree logo on the top.
